Great Expectations: Prenatal Core Conditioning provides fitness, yoga, and Pilates instructors and Personal Trainers with a new approach to prenatal exercise that is grounded in functional core stability principles and alignment. Featuring an in depth look at the physiological changes of pregnancy, and how to create safe exercise programming for all three trimesters. A basic understanding of prenatal exercise physiology is assumed for this class.
